Sunayana is an accomplished Chief Risk Officer and senior executive with extensive experience across the financial services sector, specialising in risk management, compliance, strategy development, audit, dispute resolution, and governance. She has built a strong reputation for leading complex regulatory changes, strengthening organisational resilience, and cultivating trusted relationships with regulators and stakeholders.
A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, Sunayana brings over 20 years of diverse experience to her executive and board roles. Â
