Justin Watts, Executive Director

Justin has over 13 years of experience in the financial services sector, specialising in enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance and strategic transformation across superannuation and insurance.

Before Hall Advisory, Justin held senior risk leadership positions at a health insurer, serving as Chief Risk Officer and Head of Risk & Compliance. He has also worked at APRA as a Manager, gaining deep regulatory expertise through direct supervision of financial institutions.

Justin's experience spans both regulatory supervision and executive risk leadership, with expertise in operational risk and risk transformation, regulatory change, crisis management, governance and risk culture development.
