Dominique Fox, Executive Director

Dominique is an experienced governance and risk executive with over 25 years’ experience across financial services, health insurance and consulting.

She works with organisations to design and strengthen governance frameworks, uplift risk and compliance capabilities, and navigate complex regulatory environments. Dominique partners with boards and executive teams to support effective risk oversight and drive practical, sustainable change.

Prior to joining Hall Advisory, Dominique has held senior executive roles including Chief Risk Officer, Company Secretary and Head of Internal Audit, and brings a strong consulting background, advising clients on governance, risk and transformation initiatives.

She is known for her pragmatic approach, ability to lead complex change, and focus on delivering outcomes. Dominique is passionate about strengthening organisational performance through clear accountability, robust governance and effective risk management.

· Graduate Diploma of Economics and Econometrics

· Bachelor of Science (Pure and Applied Mathematics)
