Tracey Martin, Executive Director
Tracey has 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, with practical experience in insurance, financial product design and development, licensing, financial regulation, compliance, governance and risk.
Prior to Hall Advisory, Tracey has held a variety of corporate roles in Australia and overseas, including positions at insurers, underwriting agencies, legal firms, regulatory bodies and industry associations.
In a former CEO role, Tracey led an industry association that accelerated the growth of Australia's innovation ecosystem for the application of technology to agriculture, the carbon transition and other sustainability challenges. Tracey advocated for the growth and acceleration of the emerging technology sector for the 2022 federal election and beyond, being essential to Australia reaching its sustainability goals.
In a former regulatory role, Tracey was elected committee chair of a European Union policy group tasked with establishing the risk-based approach to the supervision of insurers across 32 countries.
Tracey also has experience on not-for-profit boards focused on building rural and regional communities and economies, and developing emerging leaders.
