Natasha has over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, with extensive practical expertise in risk management and regulatory compliance across the financial services sector, including senior positions at KPMG Australia, S&P Global Ratings and APRA.
Natasha specialises in superannuation and insurance, and is appointed to ANZIIF's Risk Management Faculty Advisory Board.
Natasha holds an MBA (Executive), Master of Applied Finance, Master of Insurance and Risk Management, Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) and certification as a Professional Risk Manager.
Natasha is a Fellow and Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) of ANZIIF and a Sustaining Member of the Professional Risk Managers' International Association (PRMIA).
Leah leads a wide range of consulting engagements across governance, risk, compliance and strategic business operations.
Leah has over 15 years of experience in financial services with practical experience as an executive level risk owner, strategic business operations specialist and quality assurance manager through senior leadership positions and internal consulting roles at MLC / NAB.
Leah specialises in insurance and superannuation, with expertise in delivering process improvement and change management in complex highly regulated environments.
Leah holds an MBA (Executive), a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance), a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
Leah is an Affiliate (CIP) of ANZIIF and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Liz has over ten years of experience in the financial services sector, specialising in governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and compliance.
At Hall Advisory, Liz consults broadly across the financial services sector on a wide range of engagements.
Prior to joining Hall Advisory, Liz was appointed as a frontline supervisor at APRA with responsibilities for a portfolio of complex superannuation funds, including large industry funds and independent trustees with a number of funds under trusteeship.
Liz holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) and a Certificate IV in Superannuation (ASFA 100).
Spaine has over 20 years experience in financial services, having completed engagements at both small and large businesses within the sector.
Spaine brings a wealth of experience in the fields of enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance, including 7 years of experience with ASIC.
Spaine specialises in financial planning, with a passion for educating businesses and implementing robust governance frameworks, with a particular emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
Spaine holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws, as well as a Diploma in Management. She is also registered as a Corporate Legal Practitioner with the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
